Amanda Shulman, co-founder of Libbie Loup Hospitality and executive chef of Her Place Supper Club, summed it up best, noting that there’s a constant stream of exciting new restaurants experimenting with flavors, formats, and vibes.
From Southeast Asia-inspired noodle spots like Mawn, to elevated Mexican cafés such as La Jefa, and longtime fine-dining favorites like Vetri Cucina, Philly’s culinary landscape continues to expand in bod directions.
Global tastemakers are clearly paying attention. Philly recently earned its own section in the Michelin Guide Northeast Cities, bringing even more national recognition to the city’s dining scene.

Philadelphia will play a major role in America250, the nationwide celebration marking 250 years since the founding of the United States.
