Philly’s favorite adult-only museum night is back and this time it’s all about the science of sound. The Franklin Institute will host another installment of its popular Science After Hours series on April 10, inviting guests age 21 and over to explore the museum late at night with music, drinks, and interactive science experiences.
The upcoming event, “Rhythm & Booms,” focuses on the connection between mind, sound, vibration, and rhythm. Throughout the evening, live bands and DJs will provide the soundtrack while visitors explore exhibits, participate in hands-on activities, and watch dramatic demonstrations from the museum’s science team—including the experiments that inspired the event’s name.
