Court 16 now open in Philly

Philly’s newest indoor tennis and pickleball clubhouse is here, and they’re kicking things off with a smashing celebration: free tennis and pickleball classes every weekend in May to celebrate National Tennis Month!
Free classes are a perfect way to test the waters (or the court), and you don’t need to be Serena Williams to participate. In fact, this is the ideal place for families to try something new together –no pressure, just play!

Located at 1400 N. Howard Street, just a quick bounce from the heart of Fishtown, the state-of-the-art, 14,000 square-foot space is a bright, modern playground for athletes and beginners alike.
“Fishtown is the perfect location for Court 16’s next chapter,” said Anthony Evrard, co-founder and CEO of Court 16. “This neighborhood thrives on creativity, diversity, and community, and we’re excited to bring our innovative approach to tennis and pickleball to such a dynamic area.”
So, what makes Court 16 different?

Firstly, it’s designed with everyone in mind. Specifically, the new space includes four vibrant courts, including three different sizes for all ages and skill levels.
Whether your little one is picking up a racquet for the first time, or you’re an adult ready to master your pickleball drop shot, Court 16 has programming tailored to you.
Secondly, they’re not just about the game -they’re all about the experience.
Think sportsmanship, connection, movement, and fun.
Basically, it’s tennis with a twist.
Moreover, they offer programming for kids as young as 3 and year-round options for adults (hello, ball machine training and pickleball leagues).
