Philadelphia’s dessert scene is about to get a spirited upgrade! New York’s cult-favorite brand Tipsy Scoop Barlour Philadelphia officially makes its City of Brotherly Love debut. Opening Saturday, May 9 at 1 p.m., the new Rittenhouse Square location brings liquor-infused cream, boozy sundaes, and craft cocktails all under one roof.

Located at 119 S. 18th Street and opening in partnership with BOTLD, the new “Barlour” marks Tipsy Scoop’s first-ever Pennsylvania location. Known for blending ice cream with real spirits, the brand delivers flavors infused with up to 5% ABV. Enjoy classic desserts turned into cocktail-inspired creations.
Guests 21 and over can explore spiked scoops and sundaes, while no-alcoholic “Cool Kids Sundaes” and mocktails ensure everyone can join in the experience.

To celebrate the arrival, Tipsy Scoop is rolling out special menu items just for Philadelphia. Highlights include the Philly Phreeze, a water ice-inspired sundae featuring Mango Margarita and a spiked Raspberry Lemonade sorbet served in a keepsake glass, and the Bird Gang Blackout, a bold nod to local sports culture.
Guests visiting on opening day can expect giveaways, with the first 25 people in line receiving Tipsy Scoop swag bags.

Founded in New York City in 2014, Tipsy Scoop has expanded to multiple cities including Washington DC, Nashville, and Baltimore.
Philadelphia has long been on its expansion list.

The new location is created in partnership with BOTLD, a spirits platform known for bringing rare and hard-to-find bottles to Pennsylvania customers. The partnership adds an elevated cocktail edge to the dessert experience.
