Sabrina’s Café, one of Philadelphia’s most beloved brunch spots, is turning 25—and the celebration is packed with nostalgic bites, creative drinks and community impact. Known as one of the city’s first “bruncheries,” Sabrina’s has grown to six locations across the region since opening in 2001.
To mark the milestone, the café is bringing back fan-favorite flavors while introducing limited-edition treats throughout April.

Guests can indulge in an anniversary version of the iconic Stuffed French Toast Latte, made with Lavazza espresso, banana, vanilla, cinnamon, and topped with house-made banana cinnamon cold foam—served in a collectible mug.
The celebration also features a decadent stuffed brioche French toast loaded with banana cream cheese filling, caramelized banana custard, and warm vanilla bean syrup.
Throwback menu favorites available for a limited time 🍳

Sabrina’s is revisiting its roots with the limited-return of four of its original dishes from 2001:
- 🍗 Tuscan Chicken Sandwich with artichokes and sun-dried tomato pesto
- 🍤 Coconut Shrimp with soba noodle salad & mango salsa
- 🧀 Apple & Wisconsin Cheddar Omelet with spiced apples
- 🌯 The Barking Chihuahua breakfast wrap with bold flavors
The menu is only available from April 27 through May 10. Even better, 25% of proceeds from these specials will benefit Broad Street Love, supporting individuals experiencing deep poverty.
Then, at the South Street location, guests can add a shot of vodka to select lemonades for just 25 cents from April 13 through Mother’s Day. 25 cents for 25 years is indeed a fun nod to the milestone.
“Operating for 25 years and growing to six locations is such a huge milestone for us, and we are excited to celebrate our journey and recognize everyone who helped us along the way,” said Owner Robert De Abreu. “This is a family business in an industry that is big on family located in a city that is all about love. We’re looking forward to having some fun with these specials while also supporting an institution that does so much good in the city, while introducing a few additional initiatives that we think our customers will really enjoy. Mostly, we are just so incredibly grateful for all of our team member, our guests and vendor partners who helped make 25 years of business possible. We strive for excellence every day, and our team makes that possible.”
The legacy continues ✨

Sabrina’s Café has grown from a single neighborhood brunch spot into six beloved locations across the Greater Philadelphia region. The first restaurant opened in 2001 and was named after owners Robert and Raquel De Abreu’s daughter, Sabrina Isabella—a heartfelt touch that still defines the café’s family-centered spirit today, with Sabrina now part of the business algonside her family.
