Philadelphia’s sweetest summer tradition is making its return as Reading Terminal Market hosts its annual Ice Cream Festival on Saturday, August 15, 2026.
Taking place from noon to 4 p.m. at 12th and Filbert Streets, the free, outdoor celebration transforms the area surrounding the historic market into a destination for frozen desserts, family-friendly entertainment, and local vendors. While admission is free, treats and specialty items will be available on a pay-as-you-go basis.
