A brand-new rooftop destination is about to elevate the Main Line dining scene.
Opening Saturday, August 8, Pomelo Rooftop Terrace will welcome guests to the top of The Brandywine, the recently opened Marriott Bonvoy Tribute Portfolio hotel in Radnor. The new rooftop bar and restaurant promises panoramic views, botanical-inspired cocktails, and a menu of seasonal shareable dishes.
With lush greenery, indoor and outdoor seating, cozy fire pits, and space for more than 130 guests, Pomelo is poised to become one of the region’s newest destinations for sunset drinks, weekend gatherings, and elevated dining.
A rooftop escape inspired by the seasons
Designed as a bright and welcoming retreat, Pomelo pairs a relaxed atmosphere with a chef-driven menu and cocktails inspired by fresh botanicals.
“At Pomelo, we set out to create a destination where guests can gather over great food, handcrafted cocktails, and sweeping rooftop views,” said Sebastien Gressier, General Manager of The Brandywine.
“Whether joining us for sunset drinks, a leisurely weekend afternoon, or an evening out with friends, guests will find a seasonal menu designed for sharing and a welcoming atmosphere that evolves throughout the day—from a relaxed daytime retreat to a lively evening destination.”
Leading the kitchen is Executive Chef Michael Davies. Chef Davies’ Philadelphia culinary background includes Memphis Taproom, Cheu Fishtown, Pumpkin, and most recently The Settlers Inn.
Seasonal plates and botanical cocktails take center stage
The menu emphasizes seasonal ingredients and dishes meant for sharing. Guests can expect everything from oysters, shrimp cocktail, and scallop curd to calamari, petite tenderloin skewers, and deviled eggs. Heartier entrées include the Pomelo Smash Burger, Rockfish and Chips, grilled branzino, and a Lion’s Mane Mushroom Cake.
Behind the bar, botanical flavors take center stage with cocktails like the Pomelo G&T, Cherry Blossom Spritz, and Agave & Aloe, alongside a curated wine selection and zero-proof options.

Pomelo’s opening is only the beginning. As the finishing touch to The Brandywine’s debut, Pomelo introduces something the Main Line has had little of until now.
