Tomorrow, Philadelphia is getting a candlelit musical celebration made for anyone who grew up singing along to Destiny’s Child. Destiny’s Child: Iconic Reimagined Tribute will bring the iconic group’s biggest songs to Independence Seaport Museum for an intimate concert surrounded by thousands of glowing candles.
The special performance takes the music of Destiny’s Child and gives it a fresh symphonic treatment, with a five-piece string quintet and upright bass creating a rich, contemporary sound. The evening will also be narrated by Mathew Knowles, the legendary music executive and creator of Destiny’s Child, giving fans an opportunity to hear personal stories and insights connected to the group’s remarkable journey.

From empowering anthems to songs about love and heartbreak, Destiny’s Child helped define a generation of R&B and pop. This tribute puts a new spin on those beloved tracks while keeping the group’s signature harmonies and powerful messages at the center.
Presented by FEVER, the beautiful candlelight setting adds another layer to the experience, with thousands of candles illuminating the venue as the music plays. Guests are also encouraged to sing along, making this more than a traditional concert.
