A dreamy new dining destination is landing along the Delaware River. Maddy Rose at The Landing, a waterfront restaurant from hospitality group by Landmark, is officially opening in New Hope, Pennsylvania, bringing coastal-inspired cuisine, sweeping river views, and an effortlessly welcoming vibe to one of the most beloved small towns near Philly.
Maddy Rose sits right on the water and feels both intimate and expansive, pairing a beautifully styled dining room with polished, unpretentious service.
The restaurant marks the second location for the brand, following its debut at Liberty House in Jersey City, and represents another thoughtful addition to New Hope’s evolving culinary scene.
✨ Maddy Rose on the waterfront

The restaurant’s open, flowing layout puts the Delaware River and the New Hope Lambertville Bridge front and center. Bookend fireplaces anchor the space, allowing guests to linger comfortably year-round. Designed for every season, the waterfront space transitions seamlessly from cozy winter dinners to lively summer nights.
It offers 75 indoor dining seats and 40 bar seats, with plans to expand the outdoor space. The layout works just as well for intimate date nights as it does for celebratory gatherings.
🍛 Mediterranean-inspired dishes made for sharing

Guided by seasonality, the menu leans Mediterranean with refined yet approachable flavors. Expect an extensive raw bar featuring East and West Coast oysters, a signature seafood tower, and crave-worthy starters like wagyu meatballs with whipped ricotta, tuna tartare tacos, bone marrow toast, and a lobster-and-caviar roll on buttery brioche.
Entrées span everything from prime rib and steak frites to branzino, honey-glazed salmon, and dayboat scallops. Vibrant vegetable dishes and classic sides round out the menu.
Anthony Bucco, Head of Culinary for by Landmark said it best:
Our philosophy is grounded in intention. We draw inspiration from flavors people already love and present them with an interesting new lens. Maddy Rose is about honest, inviting cooking meant to be shared, savored, and enjoyed slowly around the table.
🌹 A personal addition to New Hope

“Maddy Rose is named after our daughter, so it’s personal by nature,” said Frank Cretella, President and Co-Founder of by Landmark. “New Hope has always felt like an extension of home, and Maddy Rose is meant to feel the same way, like walking into someone’s house by the water, where people gather, linger, and lose track of time. That sense of intimacy made New Hope the right next chapter for the brand.”
Reservations are available now via OpenTable and the first day of service is Saturday, January 31, 2026.
