The Philadelphia Eagles announced Thursday they will be adding Washington Commander’s Jahan Dotson to the roster this upcoming season. In a rare-division move, the team agreed to exchange a 2025 third-round selection and two seventh-round picks.

In exchange for Dotson and a 2025 fifth-round pick, Philadelphia will send a third-round pick and two seventh-round selections in the 2025 NFL Draft.
In 2022, The Commanders selected Dotson as its No. 16 overall draft pick.
During his time with The Commanders, he accumulated 84 catches for 1,041 yards with 11 touchdowns in two seasons.
From A Lion To An Eagle
Jahan Dotson is returning to Pennsylvania.
A Nazareth native, before he was a Washington Commander, Dotson was a standout player with the Nittany Lions. He played for the team from 2018-21. The All-Big Ten honoree finished his career tied for second all-time at Penn State.
He accumulated 183 receptions, 25 touchdowns, and 2,757 in receiving yards (finishing fourth).
He is now the fourth Penn State receiver to ever be drafted in the first round. Dotson joins Kenny Jackson (1984), O.J. McDuffie (1993) and Bryant Johnson (2003).
Dotson will serve as No. 3 receiver for the Philadelphia following A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith.
