Good News For PHL International Airport
This new report serves as good news for the PHL International Airport. While the airport may be punctual, it doesn’t have the best reputation when it comes to customer service.
Specifically, Philadelphia ranked dead last on J.D. Power’s 2023 North America Airport Satisfaction Study.
Released in September 2023, the study surveyed six factors including food & beverage, retail, terminal facilities, airport arrival and departure, baggage claim, security check, check-in and baggage check.
In any case, a good ranking in the new year is always an inspiring incentive for change in other areas.
Indeed, last year was quite the year for PHL International Airport. Who can forget the raccoon who was caught on camera in baggage claim.
