1. Independence Beer Garden
Get the Philly experience by enjoying a pint of draft beer and Philly-centric snacks in front of the Liberty Bell and Independence National Historic Park. This is one of Philly’s biggest outdoor bars. With over 20 craft beer and seltzer cans, there is something for every kind of beer lover. Moreover, from Mondays to Thursdays they serve special dishes at fantastic prices; Monday is wings at 50 cents, Tuesday is, of course, Taco Tuesday with two tacos at $4, on Wednesday they serve $5 chicken nachos, and on Thursday you can get 6 wings with a basket of fries for only $8. 3. Chestnut Hill Brewing Company Beer Garden
This local brewery serves homemade draft beer and wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas made with local and organic ingredients. With eight draft beers and 11 styles of pizza, they have something for everyone, since who doesn’t like the exceptional combination of fresh pizza and a cold one?
4. Chinatown Beer Garden
Located in the heart of Chinatown, this modern beer garden has an impressive selection of Asian imported and domestic beer. They serve a variety of delicious Asian tapas and appetizers that paired with one of their beers, will make your taste buds travel.
5. Urban Village Brewing Company
If you are feeling hungry as well as thirsty this is the place to go. This bar-restaurant serves a variety of appetizers and sandwiches but is most renowned for its sourdough brick-oven fired pizzas. Can you name a better dynamic duo than pizza and beer? I for sure can’t!
6. Morgan’s Pier
Pair fresh seafood with a local draft beer or a cocktail at this beer garden located on the waterfront. Indeed, there’s nothing like cooling off on a hot summer day, with a cold drink and fresh seafood to make you feel like you’re at the beach.
7. Drury Beer Garden
At this retro beer garden draft beer starts at $5 and specialty cocktails are $12.
