While we’re far from ever seeing Banksy’s complete oeuvre, this new exhibit in Philadelphia grants us a look into some of his most prized pieces. Rare and valuable works will be on display at ‘Banksy Was Here’, featuring original prints, art on mixed media, and sculptures — among so many others. The works are lent to the exhibit by private collectors, including iconic pieces like ‘Grannies’ and ‘Flower Thrower’.
An incredible VR section where you’ll journey through Banksy’s career will put the artist’s work in a 3D-perspective, from his earliest pieces to his most recent work. The meaning behind Banksy’s artwork has always been poignant and revolutionary, bringing about profound conversations and challenging the status quo.
